CityVoice brings upcoming events and the local voices shaping city life together in one place.
Discover your city
People select a city or allow CityVoice to detect it. They can then explore upcoming events, cultural activities and conversations published locally.
Useful local information
Every event has a dedicated page with its date, schedule, venue, access conditions and registration link whenever those details are available.
Participate without exposing your identity
Residents and visitors can publish a voice or join a conversation under a pseudonym. Exact location and technical identifiers are never displayed publicly.
Moderation
Two complementary safety nets: every text is scanned automatically on publication â clearly toxic content is removed within seconds, ambiguous content goes to human review; and every voice or reply can be reported by the community. Past a reporting threshold, content is removed from the index pending review, without a single isolated report being able to take down a legitimate message.
Where events come from
Events come from ticket sellers and public calendars (OpenAgenda, Ticketmaster, SeatGeek), aggregated and deduplicated. We invent no data. The full method â sources, deduplication, freshness, error reporting â is on the Sources and method page.
