Rules for using CityVoice, publishing anonymous city content, moderation and premium services.
The service and minimum age
CityVoice is an anonymous city-based publishing and chat platform reserved for people aged 18 or older. CityVoice does not collect a date of birth or identity document for this purpose. Content is created by users and does not represent CityVoice. You remain responsible for what you publish and must have the rights needed for any text, photo, video or PDF you upload.
Prohibited content
Do not publish illegal content, hatred or discrimination, harassment, threats, sexual exploitation or content endangering minors, incitement to violence, doxxing, scams, malware, copyright infringement or instructions facilitating serious wrongdoing. Do not impersonate another person or disclose private information without permission.
Reports and moderation
Users can report content. Automated systems assess text and files and may remove high-risk content immediately or send it for review. Depending on the risk score, removal can occur before human review. CityVoice may later restore, restrict or permanently remove content and may cooperate with lawful authorities where required.
Anonymous access and sanctions
CityVoice may rate-limit, suspend or ban a device_id when it detects abuse, attempts to evade moderation or threats to the service. Local discussions require a consented country confirmation and are only available to devices detected in the relevant country.
Premium
When premium is offered, its price and included features will be shown before purchase. You may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Payments are not refunded pro rata, except where mandatory law, a stated commercial guarantee or a verified service failure requires a refund. Statutory withdrawal and consumer rights remain unaffected.
Availability and liability
CityVoice is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and may change, pause or discontinue features. CityVoice does not endorse user content and, to the extent permitted by law, is not responsible for user statements or losses caused by relying on them. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be dated and announced where appropriate. Continued use after they take effect means the updated terms apply. Questions can be sent to privacy@cityvoice.world until a separate legal contact is published.
